Help For
Your Marriage

To all Pastors:  A Perfect Marriage Ministries, Inc. information packet containing information about our ministry and perfect marriage seminars will be sent upon
Email request.
Dr. Joseph and Mary Racite work as a marital team in fulfilling the ministry's mission. This ministry seeks to fulfill it's mission through radio, television, speaker engagements and conducting " Perfect Marriage Seminars."
17 Reasons to host a " The Perfect Marriage" Seminar in your Community:

1.                  Perfect Marriage Ministries, Inc. (PMM) will do all it can to promote a Perfect Marriage Seminar.

2.                  PMM will be responsible, at it's own expense, for constructing & delivering the following:
 flyers,   promotional materials,    tickets.

3.                  Churches do not have an obligation of providing anything more than space for the seminar.  PMM is careful not to impose any expense upon the hosting church.  If advertising expenses are imposed, PMM will agree to reimburse the hosting church out of the monies generated from the seminar (subject to prior approval from PMM).

4.                  PMM relies upon ongoing input, at least once a week, from the Pastor, for addressing the needs of the congregation and its' response to attending the seminar.

5.                  The success of any seminar rests upon many factors.  However, there is no substitute for Pastoral commitment, perseverance, and enthusiasm.

6.                  If you are hosting a PMM seminar, it is strongly advised that you invite nearby

churches of all denominations to become a " participating church."

7.                  Participating churches are those who will permit PMM to deliver flyers and
promotional materials to their church, promote the seminar in their bulletin,
sell tickets, and invite PMM to their church if such an invitation would prompt
greater interest.  The hosting Pastor should correspond with the Pastor
            of the participating church regularly.

8.                  Ideally, several Pastors from churches with a 10 mile radius will get together at least once, for about ½ hour, to discuss and agree upon the date, schedule, and marketing plan for the seminar.  I believe that it is important for the Pastor of the " hosting church" to generate interest and enthusiasm, and to make the ultimate decision regarding the date and schedule of the seminar.

9.                  The seminar should be promoted approximately 6 weeks prior to the seminar.  Interest is often generated when Pastors speak with their congregations and then get a hand count regarding the parishioner's interest for this high grade, but low costing seminar that is designed for all married couples.

10.              Forming a small seminar committee within the church can generate much interest and lessen the burden upon the Pastor.  This committee can also be responsible for selling tickets and collecting monies.

11.              It is recommended that the PMM seminar be included in the church bulletin on a weekly basis and the Pastor to verbally remind its' congregation of the upcoming seminar and the importance of attending it.

12.              It is recommended that PMM' promotional materials be posted throughout the church and on the churches outside billboard.  PMM's flyers should be in a good location.  Parishioners should be encouraged to take one home.

13.              It should be stressed that this seminar is for everyone to attend, especially those
who are interested in marriage ministry, enriching their marriage, or finding win-win
solutions to hair-splitting issues in their marriage.  Also, parishioners should
be strongly encouraged to inform or invite their friend and relatives to consider
           attending this seminar.

14.              It should also be strongly & repeatedly emphasized that attendance at this seminar is not an admission of having a marital problem.  As a Pastor, you can inform your congregation that you and your wife will be attending and are excited about PMM, whose ministry is in showing couples how to attain God's promise for " The Perfect Marriage."

15.              Spouses whose husbands or wives cannot or will not attend should encouraged to attend because the information from the seminar can be shared that spouse.  This seminar may be the answer to someone's prayers.  Moreover, it should be conveyed that one of Satan's most common tactics for thwarting God's will is to keep spouse's too busy.  The importance of prioritizing and making the time for this powerful seminar is highly recommended!  Their children will indirectly benefit from this seminar. The importance of having child care cannot be over-emphasized.  It will increase turn-out tremendously.

16.              Your local newspaper can be contacted to see if they would be interested in doing
an article on this newsworthy event – for free, of course.  If you have contact with
or know a radio station, please inquire about advertising the seminar and what it would cost.

17.              Please keep PMM in prayer, that God's perfect will would be served, in terms of

attendance, receptivity of other churches, and the outcome of the seminar.

The success of our ministry begins with your open door.  Thank you for playing a part in doing God's will for reaching the marriages of your church!  May God bless you!
