  Satan has convinced many that all things are not possible through Christ including the perfect marriage.   Moreover, post-modern thinking has had a significant influence upon the Church wherein God's infallible and unchanging Word has become diluted and replaced with relativism with the goal of not to being offensive to anyone who considers it outdated and gender biased toward men.   Therefore, most churches reframe from placing emphasis on adherence to the Divine Order.   The end result of not adhering to the Divine Order is complete disorder and victory for satan!

  It is impossible to please God without faith.   A fruit of faith is love.   Jesus is perfect and Jesus is love.   Perfection and love go hand-in-hand.   Love never fails! Anything not of faith does not conform to the nature and character of Christ.   Thus, love demands perfection.   Marriage perfection is in no way possible for those who will not adhere to the Divine Order as commanded by God that is every couple's reasonable service.

   All foundational problems in a marriage can be traced back to a couple's failure to love as Jesus commanded.   Regarding perfectionism and maturity, Christians are to model Jesus who is perfect.   In fact, in Matthew 5:48, Jesus instructs believers to be perfect, as our heavenly Father.   In fact, perfectionism is the only standard that is acceptable to God.
